Whether you are looking for more peace of mind and inner-calm, or you want to pursue an interest in Buddhism, you will find something to help you at our Centre.
We practice Buddhism suitable for everyone living in the modern world. Our introductory classes are welcoming and informal and no experience is necessary – simply turn up!
The Ipswich Buddhist Centre is part of the worldwide Triratna Buddhist movement. Founded by an Englishman in 1967. There are now Triratna Centres all over the world
