Kirsty Lander
Kirsty has over 20 years experience of working in healthcare and education, including several years in the NHS. She has recently returned home to the U.K, from Sydney, Australia where she worked in private practice and for a clinic specializing in allergies.

Kirsty has also spent 7 years working as a lecturer at one of Australia’s leading natural health colleges, the Australasian College on Natural Therapies.

She has helped patients with a wide range of health issues and has a special interest in digestive conditions, allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, stress, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression, pcos, removing mental/emotional blocks and achieving goals.

Kirsty’s passion is assisting others in overcoming their health concerns and any obstacles or blocks, that are preventing them from achieving their full potential.

In practice, the latest evidence based research is uniquely combined with with traditional wisdom and intuition. She regularly reads industry journals and attends industry seminars and webinars to keep up to date with the latest research.

Kirsty believes we never stop learning and has attended many energy healing courses to bring these highly effective techniques to her work. She finds that BodyTalk is an outstanding therapy in practice and can assist in producing profound changes for the better in people’s lives.

Her ambition is to continue bringing the wonderful benefits of natural healthcare to a wider population.
